Responsibilities for IT Support with Electrical Knowledge

Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, network devices, and other IT equipment.
Provide technical support to staff and resolve hardware and software issues.
Install and maintain LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, Wi-Fi systems, and other networking equipment.
Manage user accounts, system access, software installations, and basic cybersecurity requirements.
Monitor IT equipment and network performance and respond to system faults.
Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, backups, and troubleshooting of IT systems.
Maintain accurate records of IT equipment, repairs, configurations, and inventory.
Assist with CCTV, access control, intercom, and other low-voltage technology systems where required.
Install, inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical equipment and systems.
Carry out basic electrical wiring, socket and lighting installations, and equipment connections.
Troubleshoot electrical faults and identify potential power-related problems affecting IT equipment.
Any other assigned Task.
