Electrical/Instrumentation Lead - Lincoln, NE Position Summary ADM's Lincoln Soybean Processing Facility is seeking an Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Lead to provide technical leadership and supervision for the site's instrumentation, electrical, automation, and controls systems. This role serves as the plant's primary subject matter expert for instrumentation, electrical reliability, process controls, and automation technologies while leading the development of E&I technicians and supporting operational excellence initiatives.
The E&I Lead is responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of plant electrical and instrumentation assets while driving continuous improvement, equipment reliability, process optimization, and regulatory compliance. This position combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities and serves as a key partner to Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Reliability, Safety, and Performance Excellence teams.
