About the Role The Electrical Foreman is responsible for leading and supervising electrical crews on commercial, residential, service, healthcare, hospitality, and/or multi family projects. This role ensures work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with company standards, project specifications, and applicable electrical codes. The Electrical Foreman acts as the primary on-site leader, coordinating manpower, materials, and communication between the field and project management. What You'll Do
- Supervise, direct, and coordinate the daily activities of electrical crews on assigned job sites
- Plan and schedule work activities to meet project milestones and deadlines
- Read, interpret, and enforce electrical drawings, blueprints, specifications, and scopes of work
- Ensure all work complies with NEC, local codes, safety regulations, and company policies
