About the Role Motorola Solutions is seeking an Electrical Hardware (RF) Engineer to design and develop RF sub-circuits for professional and mission-critical markets. You will work on hardware-centric components including controllers, power management, LTE, Bluetooth and GNSS, and collaborate with software teams to ensure end-to-end product performance. What You'll Do
- Design and development of sophisticated communications products for mission-critical markets, focusing on RF sub-circuits and related HW components (Controller, Power Management, LTE, Bluetooth, GNSS).
- Collaborate with Software team to integrate hardware and software.
- Create electrical testing and validation plans; perform tests; collect data to verify performance against stringent specifications.
- Produce detailed documentation for tests, product failures, and design changes; support manufacturing.
- Contribute to design reviews and debugging using simulation benches, hardware emulation, and verification.
- Contribute to R&D efforts in digital, RF passive designs and RF components as needed to meet stringent specifications. What We're Looking For
- Degree / Masters / Ph.D. in Electrical (RF) / Electronics / Telecommunication / Communication Engineering.
