About the Role
Join Motorola Solutions as an Electrical Hardware Engineer responsible for design and development of highly sophisticated communications products for professional and mission-critical markets. You will develop subsystems including Controller, Power Management, LTE, Bluetooth and GNSS, and perform electrical testing and documentation to ensure robust designs. What You'll Do

Design and development of highly sophisticated communications products for professional and mission-critical markets.

Develop electrical subsystems to meet stringent specifications (Controller, Power Management, LTE, Bluetooth, GNSS).

Perform electrical testing and validation planning, and generate detailed documentation for tests, product failures and design changes.

Provide manufacturing support, functional verification, and debugging using simulation test-benches and hardware emulation. What We're Looking For
-
Degree in Electrical (RF) / Electronics / Telecommunication / Communication Engineering.

1-3 years of RF and communication hardware design experience.

Ability to work independently; strong teamwork and self-motivation.

Good oral and written communication skills.

Strong debugging skills with simulation test-benches and hardware emulation; ability to provide functional verification and manufacturing support.

Preferably a background in Digital, RF passive designs and RF components (e.g., Controller, Power Management, LTE, Bluetooth, GNSS) meeting stringent specifications.

Familiar with design CAD tools for schematic capture and PCB layout (Mentor Graphics / Cadence); other tools such as ADS, CST are a plus.

Experience with DFSS and 6-sigma methodologies is a plus.
