We're looking for an Electrical Engineer to join an engineering team in Brooksville, Florida.

This organization designs and manufactures custom motors, motor controllers, and electromechanical systems for demanding applications, including regulated medical-device environments. We're looking for an engineer who enjoys hands-on development and wants to be involved in taking products from concept and prototype through testing and production.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, modify, and troubleshoot electrical and electronic systems and prototypes
- Work with circuit boards, processors, electronic components, controls, and test equipment
- Set up and operate test equipment to evaluate developmental designs and document results
- Analyze test data and troubleshoot design-related issues
- Build, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical instrumentation and test systems
- Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, manufacturing, and quality engineers to solve development challenges
- Support the development of electrical controls and solid-state systems
- Develop test and commissioning procedures
- Support project planning, technical estimates, and design documentation
- Evaluate alternative technical solutions and help drive designs toward production

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with a strong foundation in electrical engineering who can combine analytical thinking with practical, hands-on problem solving.
Experience or knowledge in areas such as:
- Electrical and electronic circuit design
- 3-7yrs Relevant Work Exp
- BS Degree in Engineering Reqd
- PCBAs and electronic components
- Processors and embedded electronics
- Electrical test equipment and instrumentation
- Troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
- Engineering drawings and technical documentation
- Prototype development and testing
- Design verification and validation
- Regulated product development or ISO 13485 environments is a plus
