Job Title: Electrical Engineer

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to oversee electrical installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and system performance.
• The successful candidate will ensure that electrical systems operate safely, reliably, and efficiently while meeting relevant technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, inspect, install, and maintain electrical systems and equipment.

• Diagnose electrical faults and coordinate repairs and corrective maintenance.

• Conduct routine inspections and implement preventive maintenance schedules.

• Review electrical drawings, technical specifications, and installation plans.

• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and engineering standards.

• Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to reliability and efficiency.

• Prepare technical reports, maintenance records, and project documentation.

• Coordinate with mechanical engineers, technicians, contractors, and other project teams.

• Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.

• Relevant professional experience in electrical engineering, installation, or maintenance.

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and maintenance procedures.

• Ability to interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation.

• Proficiency in relevant engineering tools and software.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of electrical safety standards and industry best practices.
