About the Role Electrical / Electronics Engineer (Fresh Graduate) at Motorola Solutions in Penang. You will collaborate with regional teams to resolve customer escalations, supplier issues, and manufacturing bottlenecks, perform deep technical analysis, and lead prototype bring-up to support manufacturing with regulatory and reliability certifications. What You'll Do
- Collaborate with regional teams to resolve customer escalations, supplier issues, and manufacturing bottlenecks.
- Perform deep technical analysis, deliver time-critical solutions, and ensure full resolution of hardware anomalies.
- Analyze radio designs using lab equipment (analyzers, oscilloscopes) and run performance simulations or experiments.
- Lead prototype bring-up, functional debugging, and support manufacturing through regulatory and reliability certifications. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Telecommunications Engineering.
- Good analytical skill & understanding of schematics diagram.
- Good problem solving and inter team coordination skill.
- Customer focused and result oriented.
- Ability to work and communicate well across different design center/ regional teams.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision, able to multi-task, analytical, self motivated and a good team player.
- Strong inter-personal skills.
- Willing to be based in Bayan Lepas, Penang.
