About the Role

An Electrical & Auxillary Supervisor leads a team of electricians and maintenance specialists, managing the life cycle of electrical resources and support equipment to ensure reliable plant operations. The role focuses on maximizing production throughput and equipment availability through maintenance execution, troubleshooting, and proactive improvement strategies, while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. The supervisor drives operational excellence and optimal resource utilization across the plant. What You'll Do

• Maintain all electrical systems and auxiliary equipment to ensure high uptime, production throughput, and minimal downtime
• Lead, coach, and develop electricians and maintenance specialists, ensuring a skilled, high-performing team
• Plan, prioritize, and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and food safety standards
• Identify and implement initiatives to improve equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
• Rapidly diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical problems to minimize production interruptions
• Manage personnel, tools, materials, and external contractors effectively to meet operational goals
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, equipment records, SOPs, and performance metrics
• Drive continuous improvement, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and alignment with plant objectives What We're Looking For
• Technical knowledge of industrial electrical systems, support equipment, conveyance systems
• Job related experience in an industrial environment with the focus on electrical, mechanical or maintenance role
• Working knowledge of automation & controls
• Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex electrical and mechanical issues
• Strong knowledge of plant electrical systems, auxiliary equipment, controls, and associated mechanical systems
• Problem solving, troubleshooting and process improvement skills
• Project management support for plant capital improvements, line speed alterations, conveyance changes and safety initiatives
• Comfortable communication in written and spoken English
• Leads, coaches, and develops a high-performing maintenance and electrical team
