Buscamos talento para brindar servicio de asistencia vial a asegurados, validando tiempos de arribo con proveedores en convenio y dando seguimiento a cada servicio; además de informar sobre la recepción de llamadas y cambios en costos o conceptos. What You'll Do
- Brindar seguimiento con el proveedor durante el traslado, confirmando tiempo inicial y gestionando incidencias, y notificando al cliente.
- Atender llamadas entrantes de asegurados, orientándolos en el proceso de traslado y resolviendo dudas, buscando una conexión telefónica del 95% durante la jornada laboral.
- Confirmar con el proveedor que el servicio fue entregado en el destino y validar horarios de arribo y terminación; mantener la calidad del servicio y la resolución del siniestro.
