En Afirme Grupo Financiero, te ofrecemos la oportunidad de formar parte de Afirme Seguros como Ejecutivo de Estrategia Comercial. El rol contribuye a fortalecer la red de agentes y promotores, gestionando su alta, onboarding y seguimiento, para impulsar la productividad y servicio al cliente. El objetivo es coordinar altas de nuevos agentes, gestionar la comunicación con la red y apoyar en capacitaciones y visitas.
Gestionar las altas de nuevos agentes en el tiempo indicado y revisar la documentación. Realizar los informes solicitados por la gerencia de Funnel de prospección, altas y productividad, matriz de seguimiento y visitas. Realizar el seguimiento al flujo de comunicación con los agentes y realizar onboarding. Realizar capacitaciones y visitas a los nuevos agentes y atender requerimientos de los promotores y agentes.
