About the Role Join Kavak's national team in Polanco as a sales and customer service executive. This role focuses on advising clients through the vehicle-buy/sell process, explaining financing options, coordinating deliveries, and delivering post-sale support while collaborating with internal teams. What You'll Do
- Advise customers on buying and selling vehicles
- Explain financing plans and assess credit profiles
- Coordinate deliveries, manage paperwork and inventory control
- Provide post-sale support and follow up on customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal areas such as workshop, credit, and customer service What We're Looking For
- High school diploma completed (bachelor's degree is a plus)
- 2+ years of experience in sales or customer service
- Basic knowledge of automobiles and vehicle paperwork (a plus)
- Ability to drive a vehicle (a plus)
- Strong negotiation, empathy, problem-solving, and effective communication skills
- Availability to rotate shifts Monday to Sunday with the following hours: 9:00–18:00 or 12:00–21:00
- One day off per week and one Sunday off every 15 days (about 6 days off per month) Nice to Have
- Automotive knowledge and ability to drive vehicles Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: 12,000 MXN per month, plus 1,056 MXN in a meal/vales card
