About the Role Join Sorteos Tec as an on-site Retention and Growth Executive in Monterrey. You will help fulfill dreams by expanding our partner network and supporting the placement of Sorteos Tec tickets through proactive sales, customer follow-up, and alignment with the Líderes del Mañana program.
What You'll Do
- Sell Sorteos Tec products in the field (using a vehicle)
- Prospect clients and open new markets
- Meet established targets with potential buyers
- Conduct visits to recruit new clients
- Manage and follow up on client portfolios (collections and sales)
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma (formación de secundaria)
- Experience in direct sales, canvassing (cambaceo), and client prospecting
- Skills in working toward objectives, sales, technology usage, social networks, organization, verbal communication, and service attitude
- Availability (mandatory) and ownership of a car (preferably 4-cylinder)
