About the Role This role focuses on handling indemnizaciones at the front line for insured clients, providing service and support, and coordinating with the claims team in Chihuahua. What You'll Do
- Process indemnity claims and related documentation for insured clients.
- Respond to inquiries from insureds and assist with claim status updates.
- Coordinate with the claims service team to ensure timely resolution and accurate record-keeping.
- Maintain accurate case notes and follow internal procedures. What We're Looking For
- Customer service mindset and clear communication in Spanish.
- Interest in insurance claims and indemnities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with multiple teams.
- Basic computer skills and experience with case management systems (CRM). Nice to Have
- Experience in claims handling or insurance operations.
- Knowledge of indemnity processes and local regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with CRM software and data entry accuracy.
