Ejecutivo Comercial Agentes Puebla
Objetivo de la posición:
Impulsar la recluta, desarrollo y crecimiento de agentes. Proporcionar acompañamiento, asesoría y soporte comercial. Fortalecer la relación con los agentes, promover el servicio al cliente y facilitar la capacitación para elevar el nivel de ventas y calidad.
Tus habilidades y experiencia:
- Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Administración, Mercadotecnia, Negocios, Economía o carrera afín.
- Experiencia: Mínimo 2 años en seguros, principalmente en los ramos de autos y daños
- Conocimientos: Experiencia previa en desarrollo, gestión y acompañamiento de canales de venta de agentes
- Habilidades: Ge
