About the Role We are seeking an Einrichter (m/w/d) to join our Zwenkau production site. This role focuses on the professional setup and commissioning of Spritzgießmaschinen to support the production of consumer packaging. You will help ensure efficient start-ups, stable processes, and high-quality output in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You'll Do
- Properly set up injection molding machines (Spritzgießmaschinen) according to process parameters and product specifications
- Perform machine changes, tooling changes, and parameter adjustments to maintain cycle times and quality
- Monitor processes, conduct quality checks, and troubleshoot equipment issues
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and housekeeping standards
- Collaborate with operators, technicians, and line leads to optimize production What We're Looking For
- Experience operating or setting up injection molding machines; able to interpret process parameters and product drawings
- Ability to perform tool changes and machine adjustments; good problem-solving skills
- Strong teamwork, reliability, and willingness to work shifts if required
- Basic understanding of safety rules in manufacturing
