About the Role
As Einrichter (m/w/d) at P&G's Berlin Gillette plant, you are responsible for the technical condition of production equipment; perform maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting; work in a 4-day/2-shift model to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement. What You'll Do

Take responsibility for the technical state of production equipment

Technical care and repair of complex production equipment

Identify, analyze and fix mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic faults

Conduct demanding maintenance and repair work

Self-inspection and assurance of quality and quantity standards

Develop and implement improvement proposals

Support innovations projects and test runs (installation, commissioning)

Close collaboration with production-related functions and teams

Active participation in daily prioritization process (shift handover) including coordination of parallel tasks

Handle digital control and recording systems (e.g., SAP) What We're Looking For
-
Vocational training as Industrial Mechanic or Mechatronics Technician or comparable qualification

Ideally relevant experience in an industrial production environment

Strong knowledge in mechanics, hydraulics and pneumatics and automation technology

Analytical and systematic problem-solving skills and interest in technical challenges

Initiative, teamwork and sense of responsibility
