About the Role The EHS Specialist at Cytiva Pensacola is responsible for safety at the site, ensuring compliance with all EHS requirements and supporting continuous improvement. This on-site role reports to the Sr Manager EHS and works with facilities, engineering and operations to protect people and the environment while enabling effective operations. What You'll Do
- Support the Cytiva Pensacola facility with compliance to all EHS requirements; develop and maintain EHS procedures in coordination with other departments, and assist facilities and engineering with process changes involving Management of Change (MOC).
- Coordinate and maintain training and records for programs including HAZCOMM, Fire Extinguishers, Hot Work, LOTO, Confined Space, Ergonomics, Ladder Safety, Accident Investigation, and Personal Protective Equipment.
