Responsibilities
- Together with the EHS Manager you have the responsibility to lead, motivate and ensure a safe and healthy working environment for all employees at the plant
- It is crucial that you drive EHS initiatives with focus on safety and well-being via your personal and positive engagement
- Make and maintain risk evaluations, safety procedures and working environment reports
- Ensure a structured and systematic working environment- and environment management
- Continuously contribute proactively and solution-oriented with ideas and suggestions for improvements and optimizations in relation to safety, working environment and efficiency at our plant
- Participate in inspections and safety walks
- Continuously update your knowledge about working environment, laws, technic and best practice
