About the Role You will be part of a site safety and industrial hygiene team and will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing site safety and industrial hygiene programmes. The role focuses on electrical safety, working at heights, powered industrial equipment safety, and related initiatives to continuously improve safety performance.
What You'll Do
- Develop, coordinate, and manage site safety and industrial hygiene programmes, ensuring alignment with site objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement across electrical safety, working at heights, and powered industrial safety initiatives; implement improvements and monitor effectiveness.
- Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, incident investigations, trainings, and documentation to maintain compliance and safe operations.
- Partner with site operations, EHS colleagues, and leadership to foster a strong safety culture and timely reporting of incidents and metrics.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in EHS (environment, health and safety) or industrial hygiene roles, preferably in a site-based manufacturing or tech environment.
- Knowledge of electrical safety, working at heights, and powered industrial equipment safety.
- Strong program management, analytical, and communication skills; ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to interpret regulations and implement practical safety solutions.
