About the Role Stanley Black & Decker is seeking an EHS Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety programs at our Holliston, MA site. The role focuses on ensuring regulatory compliance, driving a culture of safety, and minimizing risk across operations. What You'll Do
- Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures in line with OSHA, EPA, and company standards.
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses; drive corrective actions.
- Conduct risk assessments, workplace inspections, audits, and safety training programs.
- Manage EHS metrics and reporting; coordinate with site leadership.
- Ensure regulatory permits and inspections are maintained. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related field; proven experience developing and implementing EHS programs; strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations.
- Ability to lead investigations, perform risk assessments, and influence safety culture at all levels of the organization.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills; collaborative team player. Nice to Have
- Professional certifications such as CSP, CHMM, or CIH.
- Experience with ISO 14001/45001 or other EHS management systems.
- Manufacturing or industrial operations experience.
