Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced EHS Manager to lead Environmental, Health & Safety programs across corporate facilities in Hyderabad. The role will be responsible for EHS compliance, risk assessments, audits, incident management, emergency preparedness, statutory compliance, and driving a strong safety culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and management systems.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, environmental, and occupational health & safety requirements.
• Conduct EHS audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Lead ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management system implementation and compliance activities.
• Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions.
• Manage emergency preparedness plans and conduct mock drills.
• Deliver EHS training and awareness programs.
• Monitor environmental performance, sustainability initiatives, and regulatory reporting.
• Collaborate with facility management teams and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Safety, or related discipline.

• 7+ years of EHS experience in corporate facilities, commercial buildings, or integrated facilities management.

• Strong knowledge of Indian EHS regulations and ISO standards.

• Mandatory Certifications

• ISO 45001 Lead Auditor

• ISO 14001 Lead Auditor

• ISO 45001 Internal Auditor

• ISO 14001 Internal Auditor

• Preferred Certifications

• NEBOSH

• Diploma in Industrial Safety

• Location: On-site – Hyderabad, TS

• Scheduled Weekly Hours: 48
