About the Role Take on a new challenge and apply your Environment, Health & Safety expertise at a cutting-edge field within Alstom. You'll lead site management to achieve EHS results, drive the implementation of EHS policies, and foster a proactive safety culture at the Eglinton site. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and continuous improvement across the organization. What You'll Do
- Leading Site Management in achieving EHS results.
- Driving deployment of Alstom/Region/Country-Cluster EHS guidelines and targets.
- Acting as primary EHS leader by advising, coaching, and influencing operational management to meet EHS objectives.
- Preparing and executing the local yearly EHS plan aligned with Alstom Transport strategy and objectives.
- Overseeing EHS Risk Assessments and ensuring mitigation controls are implemented.
