About the Role The Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Intern position at ZF Axle Drives Marysville, LLC offers hands-on experience in a Tier One automotive manufacturing environment. You will work alongside experienced safety professionals to support safety programs, environmental compliance initiatives, employee training, and continuous improvement projects to help ensure a safe and productive workplace. What You'll Do
- Maintain records required for compliance and training.
- Track completion of Safety Alerts.
- Attend weekly Safety Committee Meeting.
- Assist in conducting assessments (ergonomic, hearing, PPE, annual hands-on LOTO checks).
- Participate in the Safety Culture Improvement Program.
- Attend Ergonomic Team Meetings and perform ergonomic assessments.
- Participate in training for new hire orientation, program updates and as needed.
- Assist in entering training completion into database.
- Participate in all EHS-sponsored events. What We're Looking For
- Pursuing Bachelor Degree in related field.
- Strong computer skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access.
