This role coordinates and enforces the site’s Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) program to ensure a safe and compliant workplace. You will partner closely with employees and leadership to promote safety culture, conduct training, and drive continuous improvement at the facility.
Your Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and administer the site EHS program to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and job safety analyses across facilities and operations.
- Deliver EHS training programs, including new‑hire safety orientation and ongoing site training.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning in partnership with management.
- Identify safety improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives and safety committees.
Your Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene and Ergonomics
- 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations and practices.
- Experience conducting safety inspections, incident investigations, and risk assessments.
- Ability to influence and advise employees and leaders on accident prevention and safe work practices.
