Key Responsibilities

Performs technical duties and activities within prescribed time frames; Participates in projects to improve overall process and technical efficiency; Trains new personnel to standard operating procedures; Maintains and ensures confidentiality of information/materials; Takes initiative to identify and propose remedies to problems; Gives periodic status reports in written and verbal formats; Interacts with others at same level, and one level above, to ensure continuity and efficiency

Experiences/Education - Required

High School Diploma/GED, or equivalent experience; Beginning job content knowledge

Associates or Bachelors Degree; Successful track record of performance in previous work experiences; 1-3 years work experience
