Financial Analyst
SUEZ are looking for a Financial Analyst to support delivery of the EfW business plan by contributing to optimised operations and business development in line with the site’s financial strategy.

Salary: £32,937 - £38,636
Benefits: 3 x life assurance policy, up to 10% annual bonus, 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holiday (plus holiday buy back scheme), sick pay, 5% employer pension, and additional benefits
Location: Cornwall Energy Recovery Centre, St Dennis, ST. AUSTELL, PL26 8DY
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday
About the role
You will be supporting delivery of the EFW business plan by contributing to optimised operations and business development in line with the site’s financial strategy whilst ensuring an ongoing continuous improvement culture.
What will I be doing?
- To track operational activities/costs/revenues in line with site business plans and actively engage in setting the plans
- Raise all order when requested on COUPA and maintain stock reports
- To register all incoming purchase invoices. Log all GRN's and tie to invoice and PO
- Support the overall process of management and decision-making for the site
- Maintenance and set up of customer contracts within the weighbridge software system
What are the requirements?
- Entry-level candidates must have at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, often gained through internships, part-time roles, or full-time roles in cost control, accounting or financial planning.
- Candidates should have experience in analysing financial data, preparing financial reports and budget development and will be expected to have proficiency in financial software, often gained through on-the-job experience or specialised training programs.
