What You'll Do
- Respond to the self-identification survey if you choose to participate. The information you provide will be kept confidential and stored in a separate file. It will not be used in hiring decisions.
- Indicate veteran status categories if applicable (disabled veteran, recently separated veteran, active duty wartime or campaign badge veteran, Armed forces service medal veteran).
- Indicate disability status if applicable; a disability is defined as a condition that substantially limits one or more major life activities. See the list of disclosed disabilities for reference. Your response is voluntary.
