About the Role
Join Teachers Pay Teachers to help expand a comprehensive K-12 learning ecosystem. This role focuses on organizing and enhancing resources that support personalized learning, multilingual tools, and access to educator-created materials used by millions of learners and educators.
What You'll Do
- Curate and organize a broad library of educator-created resources spanning 300+ subjects and 35,000 worksheets, games, and lesson plans to support diverse learning needs.
- Support the development and enhancement of adaptive learning features for English vocabulary and multilingual resources across 25 languages.
- Collaborate on content strategy and localization, including Spanish-English dictionary, translator, and learning tools.
- Engage with the marketplace of resources used by millions of educators and learners to ensure quality and impact.
- Help ensure fast and accurate language certification features.
What We're Looking For
- Passion for education technology and scalable learning resources.
- Experience with content management, curation, or educational marketplaces.
- Familiarity with multilingual resources and translation workflows.
- Strong written and communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience in K-12 education settings or tutoring marketplaces.
- Familiarity with dictionaries, translators, or language learning apps.
