About the Role The University of Rio Grande seeks a flexible program information resource to help prospective students explore undergraduate, graduate, and certificate options across multiple disciplines. This role supports student success by guiding learners through program choices, advising approaches, and available scholarships and grants. What You'll Do

  • Provide clear information on program levels (Undergraduate, Graduate, Certificate) and how they map to degrees such as Associate's, Bachelor's, and certificates.
  • Help students explore programs across areas including Agriculture, Allied Health, Art, Biology, Business Management, Chemistry and Biochemistry, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Education, and more.
  • Connect students with advising resources and support services to navigate the college journey and unexpected challenges.
  • Share details about scholarships, grants, and tuition affordability programs to make education goals achievable. What We're Looking For
  • Interest in higher education and student advising.
  • Strong communication skills and a student-centered approach.
  • Ability to present program information clearly and guide decision-making.
  • Familiarity with academic program structures (degrees, certificates, minors) and related requirements as described in catalog materials. Nice to Have
