Role Overview

The

Education

• Counsellor is responsible for understanding the Atos training portfolio and guiding prospective candidates in making informed career and training decisions. The role involves supporting candidate registrations across Instructor-Led Training (ILT), Online Training (OLT), and other modes of training, while coordinating closely with marketing, following up on leads and fees, and contributing feedback that supports marketing activities.

• Sale of IT Training portfolio offered by Atos to B2C & B2B

• Key Result Areas and Performance Measures

• 1. Financial External Revenue. The role is expected to generate order entry and the resulting revenue through candidate registrations for ILT, OLT, and other modes of training.

• Performance Measure At least 40 registrations per semester.

• 2. Quality and Customer Customer Satisfaction. The Counsellor is expected to support a positive candidate training experience with Atos, covering the journey from registration through certification. Candidate feedback will be used to assess satisfaction.

• Performance Measure A feedback score of at least 3 out of 5, or at least 70% referenceable candidates.

• 3. Efficiency and Process Process Compliance. The role requires adherence to the defined process and active contribution to constructive improvements.

• Performance Measure Zero non-compliance during reviews and at least 2 constructive improvements.

• 4. Efficiency and Process Process Improvements. The Counsellor is expected to identify and implement improvements that increase operational efficiency and effectiveness.

• Performance Measure Proactively implement process improvements that improve efficiency and/or effectiveness by 500 basis points.

• 5. People Training and Development. The role includes self-development through training, as well as coaching and mentoring new joiners.

• Performance Measure Complete mandatory and identified training programs, and complete one SAP certification.

Required Skills

The successful candidate should demonstrate the following skills and knowledge:

• Strong communication skills.
• Persuasive and convincing skills.
• Understanding of IT and skill-based training.

Qualifications and Experience

• The candidate should be a graduate with 1 to 3 years of experience in career counselling.

• Developing a clear understanding of the Atos training portfolio.

• Providing career guidance to prospective candidates.

• Working closely with marketing to follow up on leads.

• Following up with candidates regarding fees.

• Supporting marketing activities by providing feedback on leads.

• Additional Role Requirements

• The role also requires an understanding of IT careers and the IT job market. The Counsellor may be required to travel occasionally, attend education seminars, and conduct webinars or seminars.
