Stefanini is looking for EDI Analyst in Deerfield, IL (Hybrid)
Work Hours: M-F (40 hours)
Location
Deerfield, IL – Hybrid This will be onsite Deerfield 5 days a week for initial training, expectation 3-6 weeks depending on how fast the person ramps up, once training has been completed then it will move to a Hybrid model of 3 days a week onsite, 2 days a week remote
Shift: 1st Shift.
Responsible for working on a cross-functional team to support the development, testing, and deployment of our new revenue management system. The Senior EDI Analyst will also lead/support key initiatives, customer onboarding and identify key process improvements and deploy solutions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and/or support the development of key EDI initiatives
- Identify and implement key process improvements and technical skill development opportunities.
- Ensure data standards are HIPAA, DSCSA and industry compliant and adhere to privacy and security policies.
- Collaborate with IT business partners, suppliers, and customers on key business initiatives and projects, and liaising with key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of health card data exchange and compliance with regulations such as DSCSA, HIPAA, and GS1 and EDI languages such as: ANSI X12, XML/UBL, HTML.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and complete documentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, related field or equivalent experience.

Minimum 5-7 years experience in EDI, with a minimum of 1 year of customer service/customer facing experience.

Strong knowledge of EDI standards, such as ANSI X12, XML/UBL, and HTML.

Experience with EDI software and EDI mapping tools.
