Job Summary
The purpose of the position is to:
- Own the end-to-end performance of Nigeria's eCommerce business across all active markets and brands, driving revenue growth, conversion improvement, and catalogue excellence. Lead the expansion of the digital commerce footprint from 2 to 10+ cities, managing launch activities, cross-functional integration, and stakeholder alignment. Build and develop a high-performing eCommerce team while ensuring commercial rigour, operational discipline, and brand consistency across all digital channels.
