About the Company
Hadley Designs is a family-founded, female-led brand dedicated to redefining early education through creativity, beauty, and connection. Established over a decade ago, the company has grown from a kitchen table concept into a nationally recognized brand with an 8-figure annual revenue, poised for 9-figure growth.
Our core mission is to make learning enjoyable, beautiful, and meaningful through engaging, screen-free educational tools. These tools are designed to spark curiosity, build confidence, and foster joy in children, while providing parents with peace of mind.
We believe that exceptional design enhances the learning experience. Every Hadley Designs product, from educational posters to workbooks, is meticulously hand-illustrated by a mother and former teacher who deeply understands child development and learning processes. Millions of parents and educators trust our products to transform homes and classrooms into vibrant, screen-free learning environments.
The team at Hadley Designs comprises passionate creators, educators, and problem-solvers committed to making a positive impact on families. As a remote-first company built on trust, creativity, and autonomy, we are expanding from 8 to 9 figures and actively seeking purpose-driven individuals eager to contribute their talents to our mission.
Job Description
Hadley Designs is seeking a highly motivated Ecommerce Growth Strategist to assume complete ownership of a multi-million dollar product category, with a primary focus on driving growth through the Amazon channel.
This pivotal role is designed for a results-oriented e-commerce professional who thrives on accountability and is adept at leveraging data-driven decision-making to achieve measurable growth. While the core focus is Amazon, candidates with a strong background in driving growth across broader e-commerce, DTC, or marketplace environments are encouraged to apply and adapt their expertise to a scaled Amazon ecosystem.
Success in this role involves mastering and executing Hadley Designs' established playbook for category strategy and operations. You will be expected to consistently deliver predictable, scalable results, and over time, contribute to enhancing the playbook with innovative ideas grounded in proven execution. This structured approach ensures high performers can accelerate their impact and scale effectively.
Your responsibilities will encompass end-to-end category performance, including revenue, margin, pricing, advertising, and inventory. You will continuously optimize product positioning, content, pricing, and promotional strategies, identify and validate new product opportunities, and manage the lifecycle of existing products to ensure ongoing relevance and profitability. Effective inventory and demand planning, alongside cross-functional collaboration with Product Operations, Supply Chain, and Design teams, will be crucial.
Within your first 90 days, you will learn and execute the category playbook with precision, implement performance improvements, and introduce data-backed ideas for category enhancement. You will take clear ownership of outcomes, consistently raise the performance bar, and be measured by the results you deliver.
