Echo Technologist PRN

Corewell Health is hiring an Echo Technologist PRN (part time) for its St Joseph, MI location.

This role performs a variety of cardiac testing including stress, transesophageal, transthoracic, and dobutamine stress echocardiograms, and other specialized studies as indicated (ICE, 3D, strain, specialty, and fetal echocardiograms), then calculates acquired data and prepares the study for medical staff interpretation.

Essential functions include reviewing patient charts and selecting the most appropriate procedural methodology, performing ultrasound tests appropriate to patient-specific morphology and pathology, performing calculations per protocol using critical thinking to assess validity, documenting exam performance in the electronic medical record and hospital financial system, and attending departmental staff, educational, and informational meetings, participating in workgroups and…
