Creative Learning International School (CLIS) is seeking a warm, creative and committed Early Years Teacher to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences for young children.
- Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating classroom environment.
- Support children’s cognitive, social, emotional, communication and physical development.
- Observe, assess and document children’s progress and developmental needs.
- Adapt activities to meet individual learning needs and abilities.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
- Maintain effective classroom routines and positive behaviour support.
- Participate in school activities, meetings and professional development.
Requirements

Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or NCE in Early Childhood Education, Education or a related field.

At least 1 year of teaching experience in an Early Years/Preschool setting.

Good understanding of early childhood development and age-appropriate teaching practices.

Ability to plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences.

Strong classroom management and communication skills.

Patient, nurturing and attentive to the individual needs of children.

Ability to observe and document children’s learning and developmental progress.

Experience supporting children with diverse learning needs is an added advantage.

Good digital literacy and willingness to use technology to support learning.

Must demonstrate professionalism, teamwork and creativity and a genuine interest in working with young children.
