Early Years Educator
Infant Educator
We are looking for a caring and dedicated Infant Educator to nurture and support the development of infants aged 2 to 18 months. You will create a warm, safe, and responsive environment that promotes infants' well-being, learning, and development while building strong partnerships with families.
Key responsibilities include: providing quality care and responsive caregiving for infants; planning and implementing developmentally appropriate learning experiences; supporting infants' physical, social, emotional, language, and cognitive development; observing, documenting, and assessing infants' developmental progress; maintaining a safe, clean, and stimulating environment; building positive and trusting relationships with parents and families; working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality infant care; upholding the centre's values and professional standards.
Requirements include: ECDA-recognised qualification in Early Childhood Care and Education; certified by ECDA as an Infant Educator; strong passion for caring for infants and supporting families; good communication and interpersonal skills; a team player with a nurturing and patient disposition; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
