About the Role Logan Health Kid Kare is seeking a Full-Time Early Childhood Assistant Teacher to join our warm, energetic, and highly collaborative team.   • Create a Safe, Engaging Environment by maintaining hazard-free play and learning areas and promoting cleanliness, health, and safety standards.
  • Support & Supervise Children, ensuring safety and emotional well-being, guiding through play, routines, and learning experiences; encourage healthy habits.
  • Be a Collaborative Team Member by partnering with teachers to plan activities, supporting classrooms, and mentoring new staff.
  • Administrative Support by assisting with documentation, attendance tracking, and daily reports.
  • Celebrate Diversity by respecting and valuing each child’s background, abilities, and culture. What We're Looking For
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Associate’s degree in Early Childhood or Elementary Education preferred.
  • Completion of Montana state-required early childhood training within 6 months of hire.
  • Completion of STARS Assistant Teacher training within 12 months.
  • CPR/AED certified or able to obtain within 30 days (training provided).
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
  • Genuine love for working with young children.
  • Positive, dependable, and emotionally intelligent; Attentive to each child’s needs, strengths, and unique background; Creative, flexible, and able to adapt quickly; A strong communicator who works well in a team environment. Compensation & Benefits

  • Shift: Day Shift - 10 Hours; Kid Kare Hours / Schedule: Monday - Friday | 6:30 a.m. - 6 p.m.
