About the Role The Early Careers program at Sanofi invites students to embark on meaningful projects across science, digital, manufacturing, and business. In this thesis-focused opportunity at our Frankfurt or Berlin sites, you’ll work with inspiring leaders, receive mentorship, and gain hands-on experience applying your studies to real-world pharmaceutical operations.

What You'll Do

  • Contribute to projects that matter in the pharmaceutical sector while completing your thesis requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across science, digital, manufacturing, and business to develop solutions.
  • Use AI-powered tools and industry-standard software (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint) to analyze data and present findings.
  • Communicate effectively in German and English and demonstrate strong teamwork and initiative.
  • Be based at Frankfurt or Berlin with project timing aligned to your program's deadlines.

What We're Looking For

  • You are enrolled in a study program and must complete your thesis during the term of your program.
  • Independent work style with high motivation and initiative.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • High interest in pharmaceutical processes.
  • Proficiency in German and English (spoken and written).
  • Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Availability at Frankfurt and/or Berlin locations depending on your field of study.
