About the Role Join Sanofi’s Early Careers program in Germany to launch your journey in Medical Affairs within Rare Diseases. You’ll contribute to researching, collecting, analyzing, and communicating scientific data on rare diseases and therapies, working with cross-functional teams and modern digital tools. You’ll grow through mentorship, world-class learning, and a collaborative culture.
What You'll Do
- Perform research, data collection, evaluation, and communication of scientific data on rare diseases and their therapies.
- Participate in project work and use modern tools such as video programs and AI assistants.
- Demonstrate strong communication, engagement, independence, flexibility, and creativity; work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Utilize MS Office proficiently and collaborate with internal teams to shape solutions in healthcare.
What We're Looking For
- You have or will soon complete the 2nd section of the pharmaceutical state examination (2. Pharmazeutisches Staatsexamen).
- Enthusiasm for project work and enjoyment using modern tools like video programs and AI assistants.
- Strong and clear communication, commitment, autonomy, flexibility, and creativity.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and a true team player.
- Open to new ideas and to questioning conventional thinking.
- Proficient with MS Office.
- Very good German and English skills, in oral and written form.
