About the Role Joining Sanofi’s Early Careers program, focusing on Primary Container Development within Medical Device Development. You’ll contribute to hands-on projects from day one, supported by inspiring leaders, mentors, and AI-assisted learning, across science, digital, manufacturing, and business.
What You'll Do
- Work on concrete projects within the Primary Container Development team for Medical Devices and injectables
- Support the technical development of primary packaging systems for injectable products, including components and functional system analysis
- Globally develop pharmaceutical primary packaging for sterile injectable preparations with a focus on Medical Devices use
- Develop specific requirement profiles, designs, and specifications
- Conceive and develop test methods, scientifically evaluate results, and document findings
- Collaborate with external packaging suppliers and transfer to industrial production
- Collaborate with galenic development to select primary packaging systems from pharmaceutical glass, plastic, rubber, and metal
What We're Looking For
- You have or will soon complete the second state examination in pharmacy (2. Pharm. Staatsexamen)
- Strong interest in pharmaceutical processes
- Proficient in standard software (MS Office)
- Ability to work independently with high initiative
- Very good communication skills
- Good German and English language skills, in writing and speaking
