Job title: Early Careers – Medical Operations / Medical Affairs (Pharmacist)
About the Role Join Sanofi's Early Careers program to shape the future of healthcare through Medical Operations and Medical Affairs exposure. You’ll contribute to Operations Excellence, plan and organize medical trainings, activities, and events, analyze key data and databases, and engage in cross-functional initiatives. You’ll also support digitalization and transformation projects while gaining deep insights into medical-scientific work as a pharmacist in the pharmaceutical industry.
What You'll Do
- Design and optimize Medical Operations processes (Operations Excellence)
- Support planning and organization of medical training programs, Medical Activities, and events
- Analyze and optimize key databases & tracking systems; gain insights for strategic decisions of medical/scientific teams
- Actively shape cross-functional initiatives and gain expertise in complex project landscapes
- Support innovative digitization and transformation projects
- Get deep insights into medical-scientific work as a pharmacist in the pharma industry and learn the various aspects of Medical Affairs
What We're Looking For
- You have or will complete the 2nd section of pharmaceutical studies (2nd Staatsexamen)
- Strong interest in processes in the pharmaceutical industry
- Independent work style and motivation with initiative; strong teamwork
- Reliable and precise work
- Open to new ideas and challenging conventional thinking
- Proficient with MS Office
- Good German and English skills (written and spoken)
