• What You'll Do

• Support pupils 1:1, in small groups, or alongside the class teacher, with full guidance provided if this is your first role in education. Engage with coaching and feedback from consultants and partner schools, and follow clear behaviour policies. Take part in training modules via the Learning Hub (safeguarding, behaviour support, de-escalation, SEND awareness and wellbeing).

• What We're Looking For

• ECTs eager to gain hands-on experience and grow teaching confidence. Aspiring Teaching Assistants or Unqualified Teachers seeking to enter the profession. Passionate, motivated individuals committed to helping students succeed. Strong communicators who can adapt to diverse classroom environments. DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain one).
