Main purpose: The Early Career Talent Program is a 12-month development program designed to attract, develop, and accelerate high-potential university students who demonstrate strong academic performance, learning agility, leadership potential, and a passion for healthcare innovation. The program aims to build AbbVie North Africa's future talent pipeline by providing participants with meaningful business exposure, hands-on experience, structured learning, mentorship, and participation in strategic projects across key business functions. Participants will work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to real business priorities, and develop the capabilities required for future career opportunities within AbbVie.
