What You'll Do
- Participate in the Early Career Program with cross-functional rotations across areas such as Product Management, Operations, and Supply Chain to gain exposure to different parts of the business.
- Collaborate with teams across regions and functions, build a network, and contribute to meaningful projects that support business operations.
- Develop core skills through hands-on assignments, mentorship, and regionally tailored streams including the GOLD program with emphasis on the fashion industry and smart label technology.
- Demonstrate initiative, ownership, and adaptability as you transition through rotations and prepare for future roles in different countries or regions.
