About the Role Join our Litigation Support team as an E-Discovery Professional, working with legal teams across multiple offices to deliver technology solutions throughout the lifecycle of complex litigation. You will bring deep technical expertise in e-discovery and related platforms, and play a hands-on role in scoping projects, timelines and budgets, while liaising with case teams, clients and external vendors. The role can be based in Birmingham, Leeds, or Manchester, with periodic travel to our London office. What You'll Do
- Manage the full range of e-discovery activities: preservation, collection, processing, review and production.
- Act as liaison between case teams, clients and external vendors to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Shape project scope, timelines and budgets; advise on best-practice approaches; drive efficient, accurate delivery.
- Demonstrate deep technical expertise in Relativity Server/RelativityOne, AI-enabled review tools, and trial/bundle preparation platforms.
- Provide ongoing application support; troubleshoot user issues; maintain and enhance practice technology; promote adoption of new tools across the firm.
- Support cross-office collaboration and help translate technology needs into practice improvements. What We're Looking For
- Demonstrable experience in a law firm litigation environment.
- Strong understanding of e-discovery workflows and document review strategies.
- Client-focused mindset with the confidence to support demanding, time-critical matters.
- Proficiency with Relativity Server/RelativityOne and AI-enabled review tools; experience with trial and bundle preparation platforms.
- Excellent liaison and communication skills to work with case teams, clients and external vendors.
- Ability to shape scope, timelines and budgets and manage multiple matters simultaneously. Nice to Have
