About the Role An experienced E-Disclosure professional will work closely with our legal teams across multiple offices, delivering high-quality technology solutions throughout the lifecycle of complex litigation matters. Our Litigation Support team is embedded to provide integrated technology enablement, and the role reports to the Director of Litigation Support Services, acting as a liaison between the firm's Technology department, lawyers, their support staff, and clients. What You'll Do
- Manage the full range of e-discovery activities, from data preservation and collection through processing, review, and production; serve as a liaison between case teams, clients and external vendors.
- Shape project scope, timelines and budgets; advise on best-practice approaches; ensure matters are delivered efficiently, accurately and on schedule.
- Provide hands-on expertise in litigation support technologies (Relativity Server/RelativityOne, AI-enabled review tools, and trial/bundle preparation platforms); deliver ongoing application support, troubleshoot user issues, maintain and enhance practice technology, and drive adoption of new tools across the firm.
- Collaborate with the Technology department and lawyers across Birmingham, Leeds, and Manchester; periodic travel to London may be required. What We're Looking For
- Demonstrable experience in a law firm litigation environment, with a strong understanding of e-discovery workflows and document review strategies.
- Client-focused mindset with the confidence to support demanding, time-critical matters.
- Deep technical expertise in litigation support technologies, including Relativity Server/RelativityOne, AI-enabled review tools, and trial/bundle preparation platforms.
- Ability to shape project scope, timelines and budgets, and advise on best-practice approaches.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to liaise between case teams, clients, vendors, and IT.
- Willingness to be based in Birmingham, Leeds or Manchester with periodic travel to London.
