About the Role Peter Boulware Toyota of Columbia is seeking a motivated and customer-focused E-Commerce Sales Representative to join our dynamic West Columbia, SC team. You will engage with online shoppers, provide expert guidance, and help facilitate seamless vehicle purchases through digital platforms to enhance the online sales experience. What You'll Do

• Respond promptly to online inquiries and leads from prospective customers.
• Guide customers through the online vehicle selection and purchasing process with professionalism and care.
• Collaborate with the sales, finance, and service departments to ensure a smooth and efficient customer journey.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current vehicle inventory, promotions, and pricing.
• Utilize CRM and other digital tools to track leads, follow up effectively, and manage customer information.
• Deliver exemplary customer service that reflects the values and standards of Peter Boulware Toyota. What We're Looking For
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in automotive or e-commerce environments.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport through digital channels.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and online sales platforms.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced setting.
