About this role
The E-Commerce KAM Specialist at Wella International Operations Switzerland Sàrl is based in Darmstadt, Germany. You will play a key role in positioning our professional hair care brands in the digital world, ensuring our products are visible, available, and optimally presented online.
Responsibilities
- Keep our e-commerce activities running and coordinate the processing of customer, sales, and internal inquiries in close collaboration with Key Account Management, Marketing, E-Commerce, Customer Service, and Finance.
- Serve as an important link between internal teams and external e-commerce customers.
- Prepare and analyze relevant sales and customer data and derive concrete insights and recommendations for action for the KAM team.
- Develop standards for regular customer- and channel-related analyses (such as sell-in/sell-out, promotions, discounts, and inventory levels).
