Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Management Specialist with a strong background in Dynatrace to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of experience in managing and optimizing IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance of systems. This role requires a deep understanding of monitoring tools, particularly Dynatrace, to enhance our infrastructure capabilities and support our business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability.
• Utilize Dynatrace for monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of applications and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to design and implement infrastructure solutions that meet business needs.
• Conduct regular assessments of infrastructure performance and recommend improvements.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to infrastructure management processes and procedures.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in infrastructure management and monitoring tools.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in Dynatrace, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
• Solid understanding of monitoring and performance management tools.
• Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of automation tools and scripting languages.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
• Certifications related to infrastructure management or Dynatrace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in infrastructure management.

• Proven track record of successful project management and delivery.
